Theme: “United for Peace; Committed to Viksit Bharat”

The 80th Independence Day was celebrated with great patriotic fervour and enthusiasm at our school on 15th August 2026, under the inspiring theme “United for Peace; Committed to Viksit Bharat.”

The celebration commenced with the escorting of the Chief Guest, Sr. Mary Conradine, along with the Principal, Sr. Perpetua, and other dignitaries, who were given a guard of honour and escorted to the flagpost by the school band. This was followed by the flag-hoisting ceremony. The National Flag was unfurled by the Chief Guest our revered Founder, Sr. Mary Conradine.

The programme continued with a prayer service, patriotic song, English and Hindi speeches, and a stirring skit presented by the Secondary section. The Primary, Pre-Primary and Nursery sections added colour and vibrancy through their lively dances, while the Secondary section presented a spirited patriotic dance.

The Chief Guest addressed the gathering, sharing a message of unity, peace and love, along with words of inspiration and encouragement.

The celebration concluded with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks, expressing gratitude to all those who contributed to making the Independence Day celebration meaningful and memorable.
