Marathi Day was celebrated with great joy and enthusiasm in our school on 27th February 2026. The programme began with a vibrant Dindi procession, where the Principal, Vice Principal, Supervisor and Marathi teachers were escorted to the stage by the Lazim girls. This was followed by a solemn prayer service, during which students sang a beautiful Marathi prayer song. A meaningful street play on addiction and drug abuse and inspiring speeches highlighting the richness of the Marathi language were presented.

During the programme, winners of the Science Exhibition held in honour of Science Day and the Dramatics Competition were awarded certificates and trophies. The celebration concluded with Sr. Saumya’s message on the importance of regional language and a vote of thanks appreciating the efforts of the Marathi Department.
