The Annual Sports Day for the academic year 2025–26 was celebrated with great enthusiasm on the St. Anthony's High School grounds, Versova. The programme began with the arrival of the Chief Guest, Mr. Fletcher Patel, and the Guest of Honour, Ms. Bhumika Mane, who were warmly welcomed.

An impressive march past by the four houses was followed by the flag-hoisting ceremony conducted by the Chief Guest and the singing of the school anthem. The lighting of the sports torch marked the formal declaration of the Sports Meet open. Colourful balloons were released by the house mistresses, and the athletes’ prayer and pledge was administered by the Head Girl and Sports Prefect respectively.

The event featured lively displays by students of all sections, including a charming pre-primary performance, a karate display by primary students, dumbbell display, lezim display and band display by the secondary students. Various track events, relays, and fun competitions like tug-of-war kept the audience engaged.

In his address, the Chief Guest appreciated the organisation and encouraged students to value sportsmanship and teamwork. The programme concluded with the prize distribution ceremony followed by vote of thanks by Mrs. Rolina Dias and the recitation of the National Anthem, making the day memorable and inspiring.
