The 79th Independence Day was celebrated with great pride and enthusiasm in our school on 15th August 2025. The theme of the celebration was “Flames of Sacrifice Ignite the Light of Hope.”

The programme began with the hoisting of the National Flag by our respected Principal and the Chief Guest, Ms. Tracy, followed by the singing of the National Anthem. A short prayer service was held to invoke God’s blessings on our country.

The students presented speeches in English, Hindi, and Marathi, highlighting the value of freedom and the sacrifices of our great leaders. The Primary choir presented a patriotic song which filled everyone with pride, while students of Std. 3 showcased a colourful Rajasthani folk dance, bringing cultural vibrance to the stage.

The Chief Guest, Ms. Tracy, addressed the gathering with an inspiring speech, reminding the students to be responsible citizens and to carry forward the torch of hope lit by the sacrifices of our freedom fighters.

The programme concluded with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks, expressing gratitude to the Chief Guest, management, teachers, students, and all who contributed to the success of the event.

The celebration truly reflected the theme, showing how the flames of sacrifice continue to guide us with the light of hope for a brighter tomorrow.
