On 13th June 2025, all CCR sister schools across Bombay came together for a special orientation led by Fr. Joey James at St. Teresa's Convent High School, centered on the theme “Emotional Development and Education for Transformation.” The day began with a prayer service highlighting values like kindness, empathy, and compassion, urging teachers to be nurturers beyond academics. Fr. Joey delivered an engaging and insightful session on self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and the psycho-social sensitivity needed in education. He emphasized the importance of teacher well-being and understanding students’ emotional needs. The session also addressed key topics such as POCSO awareness and emotional development, with teachers actively participating and sharing their experiences, making it a meaningful and enriching day for all.
